The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction has just updated the list of eligible projects for sale and lease-purchase in future housing in 2020 (from April to July). Accordingly, there are 10 projects eligible to mobilize capital.
According to the list, the majority of projects that are eligible to sell future-formed houses are located in the center and east of HCMC.
The projects include: 193 apartments under the multi-purpose residential project at Lot S4-3, Zone A, New urban area in South City, Tan Phu ward, District 7 with Phu My Hung Development Co., Ltd. is the investor. The project has an area of 4,630m2, a total investment of VND 384 billion. Unit price 22.5 million / m2 of construction floor. Mobilized capital value is VND269 billion.
1,734 apartments are part of the Hoang Nam residential area project (Block D Akari Hoang Nam), An Lac Ward, Binh Tan district, invested by Nam Long Investment Joint Stock Company. The project has an area of 79,877m2, the total investment is 4,084 billion VND. The unit price of 33 million VND / m2 of construction floor. Mobilized capital value is 2,858 billion dongs.
214 apartments of the project Office – Commercial – Service – Apartment – 6-star hotel and hotel office in Nguyen Thai Binh ward, District 1, invested by Saigon Glory Co., Ltd. Project area 8,537m2, total investment 6,062 billion. Unit price 216 million VND / m2 of the construction floor. The value of capital raised is VND 4,024 billion. The project was mortgaged at Saigon – Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (West Hanoi branch).
